Beautiful photos! We planted a 60′-long garden this past Spring designed to attract and feed butterflies, bees and hummingbirds. Our yard was blessed with many visitors of those types throughout the entire Summer, giving us much pleasure in their beauty. We’re planning to expand the garden next year, beginning with types of plants that will expand the flowering season and more milkweed plants for the Monarch larvae to eat.
Thanks, Jean! It was a cool morning when I got this shot, so they she was a little slower getting around, which gave me the opportunity for a closeup shot. It is fun to plant for the various birds and butterflies and watch them all summer.
